VX Commodore Engine and Transmission Specifications

VX Commodore Other Specifications

The VX was a minor facelift of the VT Commodore and was manufactured with the purpose of working out the kinks in the extremely popular VT Commodore.

Despite these minor tweaks to the design and the ride, they were well received by the market. New car sales were strong with 250 000 VX Commodores manufactured.

For the VX, a utility was made based on its design. It was called the VU.

The same engines and transmissions were carried over from the VT.
